These offers are based on a methodology I have distilled from 13 years as a therapist, over 8,000 therapy sessions and my own journey of healing. It's built around deepening your understanding of yourself and establishing aligned and empowering steps for change. This framework for personal power is the focus for my first book but you don't need to wait for it to be published to access the wisdom.  

 

I offer three models:

 

• Connect - advancing your self-awareness and empowerment, we work with focus across three conversations. A one hour meeting to bring goals and patterns into awareness, a further one hour to find understanding and the direction for onward growth, a 30 minute follow to check in on progress - £333.

• Catalyse -  A potent model of one-to-one mentoring & guidance and self-directed reading and reflection. Working through the four aspects of my model, you will grow awareness of your patterns, make sense of yourself and find purposeful steps for growth and change. This includes five and a half hours of contact time with me and access to my book (ahead of publication), itself a pathway towards growth weaving case studies, journal prompts, concepts, personal accounts and exercises - £1300 

• Claim - an in-depth and powerful partnership. This is my mentoring masterclass. Working over 12 months, we take the Catalyse model further. Following an initial hour meeting to set goals and shape our focus we move to four phases - each phase focuses on a different part of my model and you are supported with two meetings (2 x one hour) per phase. We end with a closing process - celebration, review, goal setting. In total you have access to ten hours of one-to-one support, email contact and access to my book. This is a transformational partnership, to build a life rich in intention, self-worth, alignment and meaning. Investment for Claim - £2995.
