Writing and Speaking

It’s hard to know that the benefits of therapy are, for so many people, out of reach and unaffordable. I was lucky enough to access free therapy in my 20s and it unlocked an understanding of myself which has been the foundation for all my growth and meaning.

It bothers me to know that there are things I know; real truths of healing, emotional wellbeing and living with health and meaning, that can’t reach people who need them. 

So I try to get content out there..

I finished my first book in September 2025 and am currently looking for representation with a literary agent. My book is called, "It's bad in my head: how to claim self-worth, wellbeing & personal power (& change the world as you go)." It's an utterly human guide through four aspects of healing and blends personal accounts, case studies, guidance, journal prompts, exercises and practices. I know that it will help many people move out stuck & limiting patterns and give them the knowledge and tools to live a life of inner ease, health and meaning.
